Our Philosophy

We at Seeds C & ELC & Seeds OSHC Club aim to provide a warm caring fun nurturing and stimulating.  Environment for the children, as we believe the early years are the most critical stage of a child’s development, therefore it is our responsibility to work in partnership with families and the community to maximize the opportunities of play based learning for our children at Seeds C & ELC & Seeds OSHC Club

Our core beliefs are:

• We make sure children voices are heard.
• We invite children to express their ideas.
• We plan intentional teaching experiences to scaffold children’s learning through play.
• Our program provides individual child’s learning journey.
• We partnership with families as we believe parents are the child’s first teacher.
• We give opportunities for families input via Xplor Home App, feedback forms, emails and/or personal conversations.
• Our journey with families creates a strong foundation of trust and honesty.
• Our community involvement is that we be responsible global citizens.
• Our community engagements include getting involved by have excursions/incursions, fund raising, visits from community persons – police, library, fire, etc.
• Pantry is stocked for those Our community in need, give what you want and take what you need.
• We provide meaningful and engaging environments for the children to explore as we believe wider environment are great teachers where children can feel they can be, belong and become.
• We believe in culture diversity and celebrate all cultures we can through the year as we believe all people should be respected regardless of who there are and where they came from.
• We believe that everything in our world is dependent on each another therefore we follow sustainability practices.
• We as a team constantly reflect on our practices and take on feedback positively as we strive to continuously improve.

• Our Mission is to empower children through play-based learning experiences that foster creativity, collaboration, critical thinking skills, self-awareness, empathy, problem solving skills, communication skills, physical development skills and more!
• We strive to provide school age children with engaging experiences that will compliment their experiences outside of the Seeds OSHC Club.
• Our mission is to provide a comprehensive early childhood education program that meets the individual needs and interests and ideals of each child from their physical growth to their cognitive development. We believe in creating a strong foundation of respect, kindness, and empathy where each child can reach their full potential.
• We strive to create a supportive environment and enriching learning experience where all children are valued, respected, and celebrated.
